1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UniDataHub platform, developer APIs, or downloadable datasets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or enterprise entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Permitted Commercial Use & License

UniDataHub grants registered users a non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize verified commercial directories and query results for legitimate business-to-business purposes, including:

• B2B outreach, market prospecting, and commercial client discovery.
• Competitive intelligence, regional market sizing, and industry research.
• CRM database enrichment and internal business analysis.

3. Credits & Refund Policy

Search queries consume pre-allocated credits. We maintain fair consumer credit guarantees:

• Zero-Result Guarantee: If an automated search job yields 0 verified records or encounters an upstream infrastructure error, the reserved credits are immediately and automatically refunded to your balance.
• User Cancellation: Deleting a queued or failed search job automatically releases all reserved credits back into your account.
• Free Credits Abuse: Complimentary promotional credits require authentic email verification. Disposable or alias-farming accounts will be permanently suspended.

4. API Usage & Rate Limits

Developer API keys must be kept confidential and never published in client-side code repositories. Automated queries must adhere to configured rate limits. Attempts to bypass security thresholds, reverse-engineer proprietary aggregation infrastructure, or overwhelm our API servers are strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Commercial records are aggregated and standardized from public enterprise directories and verified data points. While UniDataHub applies rigorous normalization and phone/email verification algorithms, all data is provided "as is" without representations of permanent availability or zero business closures.
